I had the pleasure of capturing this lovely mama's maternity session just a few weeks before Baby S made his arrival! The evening had originally forecasted rain, but we were so lucky to experience instead a gorgeous and perfect sunset, with a wonderful breeze that was my perfect assistant haha! With the sun setting in the background, the breeze moving mama's dress, this session was truly magical and looked to be right out of a fairytale. I was so happy to be able to fit them in before baby boy's arrival and capture these two before becoming a family of 3! Enjoy!

Hope everyone is having a good summer so far! Hard to believe that fall is around the corner, especially with the temperatures these days! We had a gorgeous day a couple of weeks ago that I captured this sweet family for a styled family session. These sessions include dress recommendations, and a hair & makeup artist gives you a gorgeous look beforehand! We planned the outfits centered around Baby M's little romper, and everything came together so well! It was so much fun meeting Baby M at her newborn session last year, and it's so hard to believe it has already been 7 months! This family totally rocked this session and looked amazing! Enjoy!

What do you do when your kiddo isn't too excited about cake? You let him smash something he IS excited about! Spaghetti! I have loved photographing this little one's family and extended family, so when it came time for Baby R to turn one, a Spaghetti Smash it is! I am so glad Mom trusted me with this idea, and it was clearly a favorite for Baby R! We finished the smash with a washtub bath, and I think it is hard to say which he enjoyed more!

Hi All! This year must be the year for shootouts! I had the chance to participate in (and actually model with my little one) at a Motherhood Event mid-may, and before that I was selected to attend the Semiannual Frilly Frocks Shootout styled and organized by Barberries Photography! For those of you that are unfamiliar with Frilly Frocks, it is a girl's childrens' clothing line of beautiful and timeless outfits with many frills and gorgeous delicate details. To check it out, here is their site: http://frillyfrocks.us/
If our next kiddo is a girl (many many many years down the road) we will certainly be in trouble--as everything is just precious and perfect as a doll! The shootout I attended had many models ages 6 months-12 years old wearing different Frilly Frocks outfits, and posing with gorgeous props provided by Barberries Photography. I had so much fun letting my creative side flow and capturing these little cuties! Enjoy!

I had so much fun at my first Mommy & Me event this year! Located at the gorgeous The Creative Chateau, I got to capture some beautiful mommas with their little ones!
