Happy Thursday everyone! This very sweet newborn session fell on one of the ice days Houston had a few weeks ago. The light was just gorgeous and thawed it out just enough to allow me to get out to this gorgeous family's home! Baby girl was 12 days new for this session and was the best sleeper! It was such a joy capturing the love her momma and dad have for her. During the session I noticed there was a Yoda (from Star Wars...if you have not seen these movies please go do so right away) in the corner of the play room. Inside, there was the most amazing collection of hand sewn finger puppets from the entire cast! Yoda, Darth Vader, Leia, Luke, Chewy, you name it! And to make this find even more special, I learned that baby R's grandma had hand-sewn each and every one! Just incredible! Baby R will have so much fun with these toys, and they fit just perfectly in little baby fingers. Enjoy!
